Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date. Deposits can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash. No trips will be booked prior to receiving a deposit. For refunds and cancellations please see our cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy for Big Bite Guide Service, LLC - Advance Cancellations (More than 7 Days Prior to Trip): If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled trip and do not reschedule for a later date, you'll receive a 50% refund of your deposit. If you choose to reschedule, the full deposit amount will be applied to the new trip date. - Late Cancellations (Less than 7 Days Prior to Trip): Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled trip will result in forfeiture of any deposit and payments made towards the trip. - _Weather-Related Cancellations: Only Big Bite Guide Service, LLC, can cancel trips due to weather conditions. In such cases, trips will be rescheduled for a later date. Deposits will not be refunded but will be applied towards the new trip date. - No-Show Policy: Failing to show up for your scheduled trip for any reason will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments made towards that trip. *Exceptions and Final Note: Any deviation from this cancellation policy, including exceptions to cancellation terms or refunds, can only be approved by Big Bite Guide Service, LLC.
