Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Big Bite Guide Service, LLC

 

 

- Advance Cancellations (More than 7 Days Prior to Trip):

 If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled trip and do not reschedule for a later date, you'll receive a 50% refund of your deposit. If you choose to reschedule, the full deposit amount will be applied to the new trip date if the trip is booked at the time of cancelling.

 

- Late Cancellations (Less than 7 Days Prior to Trip): Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled trip will result in forfeiture of any deposit and payments made towards the trip. Any future trips will result in a new deposit being due at the time of booking the trip.

 

- _Weather-Related Cancellations:

Only Big Bite Guide Service, LLC, can cancel trips due to weather conditions. In such cases, trips will be rescheduled for a later date. Deposits will not be refunded but will be applied towards the new trip date.

 

- No-Show Policy:

  Failing to show up for your scheduled trip for any reason will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments made towards that trip.

 

*Exceptions and Final Note:

  Any deviation from this cancellation policy, including exceptions to cancellation terms or refunds, can only be approved by Big Bite Guide Service, LLC.
